Organic Latex Mattress

Organic Mattress
We asked ourselves, how could we make sleeping more enjoyable? The answer - high quality and healthy materials! We focus on giving extreme comfort and we provide sleepers with peace of mind, by choosing the best materials for our Organic Latex Mattress.
Morningowl uses two layers of our all-natural, single-sourced latex to form the core of our mattresses, and we complement this with a GOTS certified organic cotton, ultra-soft cover. The organic cotton is selected for its precision pressure relief. We pride ourselves on the quality of our materials, all of which are carefully chosen and sourced with comfort, quality and purity in mind.

WHAT’S YOUR MATTRESS CRITERIA?
If your mattress is old, it’s highly likely you're looking for a comfortable mattress. Or maybe finding a durable mattress is at the top of your criteria list? Maybe sleeping on a safe mattress is important to you? If you're looking for a mattress for any of these reasons, A Organic Latex Mattress is going to be your best bet.
So why latex?

It’s 100% Organic Latex – despite the scientific-y name – comes from latex vessels under the bark of the rubber tree. Which means…
It’s best for your health. Latex is hypoallergenic so it’s great for allergy sufferers or for people who suffer from hay fever, asthma and respiratory problems.
Oh, and it’s also anti-microbial. Rubber trees have a protective anti-microbial “milk” to protect it from damage. The milk forms a protective layer to
prevent infection which means that fungus, bacteria and dust mites simply can’t survive inside a latex mattress.

Best Natural Latex Mattress

Why Latex?
Gone are the days of limited mattress options. In fact, it seems there are more choices than ever for mattress components - so why choose latex? The answer is comfort and customization. Latex designed mattresses bring the focus back to your individual sleeping habits and needs, and allow the mattress to adjust uniquely so you get a better night’s sleep. The Natural Latex Mattress  allows for weight and pressure equalization, giving you extreme comfort as the mattress adjusts to your body. Our mattress will not allow you to sink, like a memory foam mattress, or leave you aching, like a spring mattress. They are also much more comfortable than a synthetic latex mattress.

Natural Materials

We asked ourselves, how could we make sleeping more enjoyable? The answer - high quality and healthy materials! We focus on giving extreme comfort and we provide sleepers with peace of mind, by choosing the best materials for our Natural Latex Mattress.

100%" Natural Latex
Our latex is what is referred to as 100% natural. Latex is only natural in a liquid state. Liquid latex is the tapped sap of the hevea brasiliensis rubber tree, much like maple sap is tapped from a maple tree. The finished/manufactured foam rubber we use is natural liquid latex mixed with a proprietary formula of zinc oxide, fatty acid soaps, sulfur, sodium and other compounds that are essential for the vulcanization, foaming, and curing process. This added formula is the only way to turn the pure liquid into foam. All 100% natural latex is made this way — 95% of the final foam is pure liquid latex, while 5% of the final latex foam is the curing package. The curing package is made of the same ingredients across the board, but what varies are the exact proportions of each ingredient from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Do you feel sleepy during your office hours?

If the answer to the above question is a yes, you might not be getting adequate sleep. There can be various reasons as to why one is not able to have a sound sleep during the night. Some of them can be:

Excessive exposure to TV or mobile screens before going to bed

     High consumption of caffeine

     Uncomfortable mattress

     Stress and anxiety

All of the above mentioned symptoms if detected, should be taken care of on immediate basis. If you find yourself feeling sleepy throughout the day, your body could be trying to tell you something.

There are lifestyle changes that can definitely affect how you feel during the day, whether sleepy or energized. While it is not necessarily negative to take a daytime nap, there are just days when it’s not possible. So, on those days consider some of the following strategies for staying awake and alert:

     Get enough sleep at night.

For adults, an average of seven to eight hours of sleep per night is ideal.

Eat a combination of healthy carbohydrates and high-protein foods for lunch.

Meals filled primarily with carbohydrates have the same effect on the body later as sugar and caffeine.

Do the most tedious part of your job in the morning hours, if possible.

Putting off boring work until the afternoon will definitely result in desiring a nap. Afternoon meetings are best when there is high energy as well as creativity involved.

Work out or at least take a midday walk.

Exercise gets the blood flowing and the brain working. It is also an overall health positive for every person. Working out during the day allows most people to sleep better at night, too.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Water refreshes and revives tired bodies.

All of these however, can result in vain if the problem lies in your mattress. Sleeping on a bad mattress can lead to various health problems, including a lack of sleep, stress, sleep-related anxiety, and most commonly, pain. And pain is something that causes you to have those multiple awakenings and arousals throughout the night and not get to those deeper stages of sleep.

Latex mattresses might be the change your body desires. Morning Owl 100% natural latex mattresses is the most natural and customizable option.

It is extremely comfortable because it moulds to the body’s natural contours. It’s extreme elasticity prevents the latex foam from packing down resulting in comfortable sleep throughout.

It’s obvious that too little sleep will leave you tired. If you often sleep less than seven hours at night, you’re not only likely to be exhausted; you are also risking serious health concerns, including:

     Weight gain

     Depression

     Increased risk of accidents

     Lowered immunity

Increased risk of diabetes and heart problems

While sleeping too little is the most common cause of exhaustion, surprisingly, routinely sleeping more than nine hours each night also raises the risk for obesity, diabetes, and headaches. So go for the happy medium; most adults do best on seven to eight hours of sleep per night.

If it seems there just isn’t enough caffeine available to get you through your day at work, it’s time to set down the coffee cup. Making healthy changes is a far better way to feel good and build up your energy to conquer your busy life.
